Last week, the Raynor/Blevins/Slivensky Clan took off on an adventure to Michigan to visit extended family and attend Snowfest 2012! The part of this trip that the kids have been looking most forward to…the “Party Van”. A 15 passenger van that we rented to make the trek.
Aunta bought party hats for the party van and you would be amazed by their power. You must have a party hat to enter the van, and to get a party hat you must first use the potty. I’ve never seen children knock each other down trying to get to the potty first!!

And here they are 1 hour into our 11 hour ride to Michigan.
I know, you’re thinking we’re crazy driving 11 hours to Michigan in a van with 4 kids and 6 adults. When I was a kid we traveled this way every time we went to visit our grandparents or anywhere we visited for that matter. I have great memories of the road trips and long car rides with my family. This trip was more of the same, lots of little memories that maybe the kids won’t remember at this point, but that I will. Everyone did great in the party van and we had a blast!
